What we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, and any message or drawing you share with us. If you participate in a pilot, we may also receive engineering drawings you choose to share for testing purposes.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and evaluate drawings as part of an active pilot. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-party tools
We use Cal.com for scheduling and standard email tools to receive contact form submissions. These providers process data on our behalf as part of delivering their service.
Drawing confidentiality
We understand engineering drawings may be sensitive or export-controlled. We ask pilot participants to share only non-CUI or de-identified drawings. Shared drawings are used solely to test and improve SkyAudit and are not shared outside our process.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or support an active pilot relationship.
